You can choose the strap size according to the size of your wrist. The strap size obtained after measurement is suitable for you to wear.

Method 1⃣: Use a soft tape on the wrist you want to wear to measure the position of your wrist (which should be tightly wrapped) just behind the protruding bone of your wrist.

Method 2⃣: Use U.S. dollars to measure. The modern dollar bill is 6 inches in diameter. Wrap it directly around your wrist and find the circumference of your wrist.

Or you can use a soft rope or a piece of soft paper around your wrist to measure the size of your wrist.

· Wrist circumference: 6-7 inches – you have a small to medium wrist. Look for small to medium diameter watch cases – 38mm, 40mm, and 42mm.

· Wrist circumference: 7.5 to 8 inches – you have a large wrist. Look for watch cases with a diameter of 44mm, and 46mm,

If you have slender wrists, especially women, the strap should be shorter. If you have thick wrists, the strap should be longer.

It’s crucial to know your watch’s lug width when shopping for a new strap.

The fixed distance between the two lugs is referred to as the ‘lug width’, or strap width, and is measured in millimetres (mm). Lug width varies from timepiece-to-timepiece, but the distance is typically in the region of 18–26mm, with 20mm being the most common size for men’s watches ,
